Meeting The Objective:
The Line Of Inquiry paper was a chance to branch out. It was an opportunity for us to take the main points from the articles that we have been reading and expand upon that. After my research throughout my topic on nursing shortage, I found that there were a few main topics that kept popping up, and from that I was able to further dive into those certain topics.
Evidence:
"'Abu Al Rub states, “By understanding the effect of stress on job
performance and the effect of social support on both job stress and job
performance, better stress management approaches incorporating social support
systems can be established” (74)"'
This quote provides proof that even within my Line Of Inquiry paper, there is "integration of sources-to the conventions" and that authors are being cited. Al Rub clearly states his point and works to convince you of his point as well.

Suggestions:
The highlighted areas are where Professor Martinez suggested that I make corrections. I went back and fixed what needed to be fixed to form better connections and to correct my grammer. To find the finished copy, click on "Line Of Inquiry" at the top of the page under "Course Objective".
